As a hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience we specialize in Hospitality Education and Food Safety. Certified ServSafe® Instructor & Proctor with both the National Restaurant Association and the California Restaurant Association, we are a food safety training partner for cottage food kitchens, micro-enterprise home kitchens, food service and hospitality professionals.
Cooking up delicious plant-based food isn't our only priority, as food justice advocates for sustainable home cooking, we're inspired by a culturally diverse and more inclusive food system.
Located at the Anaheim Packing District inside the historic Anaheim Packing House. Our cooking classes promote a plant-based lifestyle through the rich food traditions influenced by the beautiful regions of Africa, Caribbean, Latin America, and American South. Classes are seasonal (January - September).
